If you’d like to delete some or all of your data while keeping your AuraE account, you can request that here — without deleting your account entirely.

What Gets Deleted

The specific data you request will be permanently removed from our systems, while the rest of your AuraE account and its remaining data stay intact and active.

What Stays

Any data not covered by your request, and any data we are legally required to keep for a limited time, will remain unaffected.

Automatic Retention Policy

For free accounts, uploaded photos and AI-generated results are already automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing. Premium users who save results to My Album can request deletion of those saved items at any time using this page.
