When you use AuraE, we may collect: photos you upload or capture for AI generations (hairstyle, hair color, hijab, journeys, trends, and analysis features), basic account information (name, email, age range, gender), and usage data (features used, tokens spent, device type).
How We Use Your Photos
Your photos are used solely to generate the AI results you request. We do not use your photos to train public AI models, and we do not sell your photos to third parties.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Your photos and generated results are stored securely in your account for as long as your AuraE account stays active. You can delete individual results from your album at any time, or request full account deletion by contacting us.
Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers strictly necessary to run AuraE (such as cloud infrastructure and payment processors), under confidentiality obligations.

Children’s Privacy
AuraE is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
